How to use “Add Watermark”
- Add the photos you want to sign.
- Choose text, logo or both; type your text and upload your logo with “Choose logo” (ideally a PNG with a transparent background).
- Drag the watermark over the preview or pick a corner, the center or the tile pattern, and adjust the typeface, opacity and size.
- Click “Add watermark” and download the result.
A watermark scaled to each photo
The watermark size is relative to each image: text is measured as a percentage of the shorter side and the logo as a percentage of the width, so a batch of photos at different resolutions comes out consistent and the preview matches the result. So is the position: if you drag the watermark, its center is stored relative to the image and lands in the same spot on every photo in the batch. The tile pattern repeats the mark diagonally (−30°) across the whole image: it is the hardest to remove by cropping or erasing. Text gets a soft shadow or, with the outline turned on, a stroke in the color that contrasts most with its own, so it reads on any background. Your images and your logo never leave your device.

Frequently asked questions
Which opacity should I use?
Between 30 and 50 % so it shows without spoiling the photo; for the tile pattern, between 15 and 25 %. At 100 % the mark is fully opaque.
Which logo file format gives the cleanest result?
A PNG (or SVG) with a transparent background: that way only the drawing shows. A JPG will carry its rectangular background over the photo.
Can I add my logo and my name at the same time?
Yes: pick “Logo and text”. The logo goes on top and the text below, centered, and they move together when you drag them.
Does a watermark stop people copying my photo?
It deters copying and credits you as the author, but nothing prevents it completely: a mark in a corner can be cropped out. The diagonal tile pattern is the hardest option to remove.
